• Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions, construction sheet, master cards, and weave draft.
• Must be able to lift moderate weight.
• Writing, basic math skills, good vision, computer use.
• Bending, standing, and pulling.
• Capacity to work independently to a degree.

Responsibilities

• The Hand Enterer sets up and hand draws warp ends through drop wires, heddles and reed for weaving.
• Checks the drawing schedule and builds harness by loom type and heddles per frame for planned warps.
