Job summary

Talentify in Westlake, OH is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk on 1st shift (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to ensure timely shipment of medical technology products and support light assembly.

You will work with FedEx/UPS, SAP ERP, and standard office software in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. The role involves hands-on shipping, documentation verification, forklift operation (as needed), and collaboration with carriers and internal teams to maintain smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving in a medical technology or healthcare environment.
• Ability to read and verify shipping documents accurately.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple carriers.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship products with FedEx and UPS, ensuring on-time dispatch.
• Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and destination details.
• Conduct drop-offs at FedEx as needed to meet deadlines.
• Assist with small part assembly for wearable remote patient monitoring devices.
• Enter and track shipment data in SAP and other ERP systems.
• Coordinate logistics to optimize handling of medical products.
• Operate a forklift when required and safe.
• Compare carrier options and schedule pickups to resolve issues.
• Handle packages up to 50 pounds safely.
• Maintain shipping records and reports using Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain material flow.
• Follow procedures and quality standards for shipping, receiving, and handling.
