Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 1st shift on the 10-hour schedule in Newark, DE. Operate offline and finishing equipment, set up machines for production runs, and perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance. May assist with training and coordinating crew members, with additional duties as required.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, with standard benefits and potential overtime. Compliance with EEO and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with routine operating procedures of equipment used for printing and bindery.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks and maintain machine records.
• Identify improper machine operation and perform basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain equipment for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and request maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members.
• Other duties as required.
