AdvisaCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse professionals to deliver private duty in-home care in Eaton Rapids, MI. Every patient is treated as unique, with care customized to their needs and preferences, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role supports a straightforward 9:00A-11:00A shift and requires a MI nursing license, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

Must hold a current Michigan nursing license (LPN/RN).
High school diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Able to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one private duty in-home nursing care.
Follow patient care plans and honor patient preferences and needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with family and supervisor.
