Job summary

AdvisaCare in Milford, MI is seeking top-of-line Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide private duty in-home care. If you believe patient care should be personalized to each individual's needs, you could be the one.

You must be available on weekends and willing to work 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) and travel to Farmington Hills as required. A MI nursing license and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with reliable transportation and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must hold a current MI Nursing License.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

• MUST be available on weekends
• MUST be willing to work 12 hour shifts 7a-7p/ 7p-7a
• MUST be willing to travel to Farmington Hills (Split Custody)

• Current MI Nursing License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Able to pass drug screen (Including THC) and background check
