Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Production Helper in Fall River. The role loads/unloads parts, inspects and sorts parts in the laser department, with opportunities for advancement.

The job offers a $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, paid holidays, vacation, birthday, and a $1000 signing bonus. Training is provided, and the facility is air conditioned. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work safely around metal, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances.
• Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job.
• Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in an environment with metal and sharp objects.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
