Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a dependable Inventory Organizer to help keep inventory organized, accurate, and easy to locate. You will organize and maintain inventory in designated areas and assist with counts in a busy warehouse.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and dependable attendance. This on-site position in Indiana offers flexible hours, with early or late shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to keep areas orderly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
• Receive, sort, label, and put away materials and products.
• Keep inventory locations clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
• Verify quantities and identify discrepancies or missing items.
• Pull and stage materials as needed for production or other departments.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and paperwork.
• Inspect materials for damage or incorrect quantities.
• Communicate inventory issues or shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
