Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred) and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and audits per procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, report root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ERP records and data integrity for all inventory transactions (IFS or equivalent).
• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across production lines and warehouse zones.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to validate inbound/outbound movements.
• Monitor slow-moving/obsolete inventory; support reallocation or disposal actions.
• Assist in preparing for physical inventory events (annual or quarterly counts).
• Support lean manufacturing and 5S by keeping inventory areas organized and labeled.
• Provide training to warehouse and production personnel on inventory handling procedures.
• Collaborate with production planners and materials team to optimize inventory levels.
