Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate for 1st shift in Bloomsburg, PA. You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support ERP/WMS processes to keep production flowing.

This full-time role offers daytime hours, weekly pay, and a $50 attendance bonus each week for zero missed time. Benefits include health coverage after 90 days and growth opportunities within the expanding operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or similar inventory roles.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and own inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Compare physical inventory quantities with system records.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and incorrect transactions.
• Enter inventory transfers, adjustments, movements, and completed production.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, inventory locations, and inventory status.
• Monitor finished‑goods inventory and identify potential shortages.
• Maintain inventory reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, shipping, and management to maintain accuracy.
