Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of 3-phase motors and 480V equipment.
• Welding/fabrication experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and maintain records.
• Install components and calibrations; replacement as needed.
• Collaborate with operators to identify recurrent issues and improve reliability.
