Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Cleveland, OH operations on a 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to ensure reliable, safe operation of facility and production equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing facility and production equipment, performing routine PMs, reading schematics, and coordinating with vendors for major repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience working with 480V systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints for electrical and mechanical systems.
Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance in an industrial facility.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting in a production or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Repair and maintain production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and conveyor systems.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair issues involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including work with 480V systems and relays.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment issues.
