Variety Staffing is seeking a Lead Print Maintenance Technician in Long Branch, NJ. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all production equipment across the facility, including offset presses and finishing equipment. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of printing mechanics, and basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a commercial printing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of printing press mechanics (offset, flexo, digital) and/or bindery equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on printing presses and equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and document all work performed.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, schematics, and tools.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production downtime.
