This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and improve machinery and production systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, relocations, and new equipment installations.
• Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or maintenance certification preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
