Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas. Join a team where you can slow down, connect with your client, and make a meaningful difference every day.

Flexible scheduling, part-time and PRN shifts, and first shift eight-hour options are available. Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Assist with transfers as the client can pivot transfer.
• Positioning, bathing as needed.
• Catheter care where applicable.
• Accompany client to appointments as needed.
• Light housekeeping such as changing sheets, sweeping and mopping.

Part-Time & PRN Available

Caregiver Responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
