Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Irons, MI area and surrounding locations. You’ll work with one client at a time, offering compassionate, individualized support and extending care beyond basic tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, positioning, bathing, catheter care, accompanying clients to appointments, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to work independently with integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen/background.

Responsibilities

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc
