Job summary

ProStaffing is hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler/Welder in Hickory, NC. The role focuses on MIG welding and assembling metal bed frames and sleeper sofa mechanisms. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

This full-time, temporary position requires dependable, hardworking individuals who can read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience, MIG welding preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; dependable with good attendance.

Responsibilities
