Position: 1st Shift General Labor/Production Worker (Open)

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and lubricate equipment; maintain a debris-free manufacturing area; organize tools.
• Operate machinery following instructions; handle routine materials and tools; load/unload on lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Complete routine non-technical tasks at the plant.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work in various roles.
