Job summary

Allegiance Industries is hiring for a 1st Shift General Cleaner in a manufacturing setting. The role involves cleaning floors and surfaces by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, collecting trash, restocking supplies, and maintaining restrooms.

You will mix cleaning agents per specifications and possibly perform floor care such as steam cleaning, waxing, and buffing. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, safety awareness, reliability, and strong time-management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash; restock supplies and service restrooms.
• Mix cleaning agents per specifications and handle floor care (steam cleaning, waxing, buffing).
• Move heavy equipment/objects and report repairs as needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
