Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and good dexterity.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and follow safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow schedules and directions from supervisor.
• Willingness to perform routine cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash; restrooms supplied and cleaned.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture as needed.
• Mix and apply cleaning agents per specifications.
• Identify and report repairs; assist with floor care (wax, buff).
• Other duties as assigned.
