Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring for a 1st Shift General Cleaner in our manufacturing facility. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, trash collection, restroom servicing, and chemical mixing as per specifications.

Ideal candidates possess physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow schedules and directions from supervision. Safety and professionalism are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and dexterity.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff.
• Reliable transportation or means to get to site.
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Supply, clean and service restrooms.
• Mix various cleaning agents according to specifications.
• Move heavy equipment, objects or furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Possible floor work (steam clean carpets, apply wax, buff).
• Other duties as assigned.
