Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: $20.25 - $24.25 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00AM start time

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Working Wednesday to Sunday; off on Monday and Tuesday. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $24.25, Year 2 - $25.00, Year 3 - $25.75, Year 4 - $26.75, Year 5 - $26.75
• Schedule A2: Working Friday to Tuesday; off on Wednesday and Thursday. Pay Scale: same as A1
• Schedule B: Rotating schedule working Saturday and Sunday 2 of every 3 weeks, with weekdays off accordingly. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $22.25, Year 2 - $23.00, Year 3 - $23.75, Year 4 - $24.75, Year 5 - $24.75
• Schedule C: Rotating schedule every other weekend. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $21.25, Year 2 - $22.00, Year 3 - $22.75, Year 4 - $23.75, Year 5 - $23.75
• Schedule D: Working Monday to Friday; off on weekends. Pay Scale: Year 1 - $20.25, Year 2 - $21.00, Year 3 - $21.75, Year 4 - $22.75, Year 5 - $22.75

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments.
• Performs cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards and safety.
• Participates in inventory counts.
• Communicates effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects products and reports quality or safety issues.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budget goals.
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently per company policies.
• Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Operates equipment safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
