• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management to meet financial targets and service levels.
• Direct inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to ensure seamless flow and high-quality service delivery.
• Partner with clients to maintain high standards of operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of working hours and departmental performance, including cost per piece and accuracy tracking.
• Foster a collaborative environment with clear metrics, consistent policies, and a focus on safety and process improvement.
