Job summary

Cart.com, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager for our Groveport, OH fulfillment center. The role leads a multi-client operation including DTC and B2B, supervising 20+ team members and coordinating 1st or 2nd shift.

You will drive efficiency, staffing, safety and customer service in a growing 3PL environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibility, strong data skills, and experience with WMS/OMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs warehouse operations experience in replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, or returns.
• 3+ years in supervisory or lead role with coaching and team development.
• Systems experience with WMS, OMS, Excel and other Office applications.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records on working hours and meet financial projections of the team.
• Review operations and implement improvements approved by leadership.
• Direct shift flow and flex resources to meet requirements at lowest cost.
• Staffing, interviewing, training and discipline to stay within budget.
• Drive efficiency and continuous process improvements in DC operations.
• Foster teamwork, clear metrics, policy adherence and customer service excellence.
• Create departmental performance and cost per piece dashboards.
• Promote a safe working environment and report incidents.
