Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Imperial, PA is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will stand for long shifts, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in cold or freezer environments while ensuring accurate order picking.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training. The starting pay is $20.90 per hour, with two pay raises in your first year, and additional earnings based on speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse picking and packing tasks in our distribution center.
• Work in cold/freezer conditions as required.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods (about 10 hours).
• Follow training from our dedicated training team.
• Shifts typically are 7AM start with Sunday–Thursday schedule; overtime as needed.

Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 225 Solar Dr, Imperial PA

Pay: Starting at $20.90/hour

Work Schedule

• - Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, and you’ll be asked to work in our freezer, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. • - Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
