Starting pay is $18/hour with a 90-day pay increase to $19/hour and a $50 weekly attendance bonus for completing the full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences. Weekly pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift required.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing/shipping/material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials safely.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Forklift certification preferred; candidates must be willing to complete company training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations.
• Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs.
• Maintain safe and organized material storage areas.
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections.
• Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement.
• Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently.
