Job summary

G&D Integrated is seeking a Material Handler I to load and unload trucks and operate a sit-down forklift. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to ISO and 5S standards, with opportunities to contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in a 3PL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from trucks.
• Operate sit down forklift.
• Proactively communicate issues and work together with Supervisor to identify process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work efficiently to achieve or exceed performance targets for velocity, quality and cost.
• Understand and follow all ISO and 5S initiatives.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve department and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/ skill.
