Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support our facility with accurate inventory records and safe forklift operation. You will perform basic forklift maintenance, participate in safety initiatives, and handle various duties across the plant.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and experience driving a forklift. Prior packaging industry experience is a plus, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience driving and operating a forklift.
• Must be Pratt forklift certified.
• Experience with scanner/barcode systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move units between staging areas and maintain inventory records.
• Keep work areas safe and clean per Pratt safety rules.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to production schedules and overtime as required.
• Assist with housekeeping and general duties as required.
