Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support our Dallas plant. You will operate forklifts, scan inventory, and move materials to staging areas while maintaining accurate location records.

The role requires strict adherence to safety and GMP-like procedures and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and prior forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Must be Pratt forklift certified.
• Two years forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with scanner or barcode warehouse systems preferred.
• Must read a tape measure and have good time management.
• Able to multi-task with strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Move units to the next staging area and maintain accurate location records.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance and general housekeeping duties.
• Follow Pratt safety rules, procedures, and production schedules.
• Adhere to quality and inventory controls to prevent losses.
• Overtime may be required; work may occur on short notice; role supports 24x7 operations.
