Starting Pay Rate: $17.10/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs, including weekends.

Dress Code: Casual attire within company guidelines; closed-toed shoes required.

Location: INMAR, 3845 Grand Lakes Parkway, Grand Prairie, TX 75050

Position Summary

Under minimal supervision, responsible for the safe movement of palletized products within the department and backup support for other departments as needed.

Primary Accountabilities

1. Deliver palletized products using a forklift safely and timely.
2. Locate or relocate products within the department.
3. Unload and load trucks as required.
4. Build or re-stack pallet loads.
5. Utilize warehouse management system for inventory management.
6. Inspect forklift and equipment daily, complete logs.
7. Manage forklift battery watering system.
8. Support other departments as backup forklift operator.
9. Communicate with team and management.
10. Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues.
11. Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
12. Perform other assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or production experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate order pickers, reach forklifts, and scan guns.
• Ability to push carts or hand trucks and use pallet jacks.
• Comfort working at heights.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read in English.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work overtime and meet production goals.
• Ability to handle hazardous materials safely.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
