The role involves supporting production by maintaining warehouse accuracy and responding promptly to requests. Safety is a priority, and successful candidates must work well both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Package and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
• Unload freight trucks and complete necessary paperwork.
• Pull finished goods from production and store appropriately.
• Operate forklift for loading/unloading and general material movement.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure organization.
• Follow all safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Commit to continuous process improvement and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills preferred

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift certification required, with ability to obtain/maintain it

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for 10-12 hours
