Hamilton-Ryker is seeking a 1st shift forklift operator in Napoleon, OH. The role runs 6:00am to 4:00pm with a pay rate of $20.25 per hour. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and stock management, contributing to warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required certification and experience in forklift operation, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with WMS and KOS systems are expected. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet demand.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in inventory management

• Previous work in food-grade warehouse environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age (21+ for Covington candidates)
• Prior warehouse or industrial truck experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Valid forklift or industrial truck certification
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Proper PPE and adherence to safety and food safety standards as applicable
