Job summary

Second Nature Brands is hiring a Packaging / Production Machine Operator for the Sahale Snacks facility in Tukwila, WA. This full-time, 1st shift role supports packaging, roasting, and sanitation tasks while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include operating automated equipment, measuring ingredients, logging sanitation and QA checks, and collaborating with the production team to optimize safety and efficiency. Lifting up to 50 pounds and long standing hours required.

Qualifications

• Basic education requirement: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow GMPs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines for packaging, roasting and sanitation.
• Ensure packaging is correct, labels applied and products sealed.
• Maintain sanitation logs and QA checks.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules; work with management to improve processes.
