Job summary

Quad in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role requires operating and setting up flexographic presses, monitoring print quality, and maintaining production efficiency on a four-day schedule (Mon-Thu, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.).

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. We value strong mechanical aptitude, color perception, and the ability to read and follow English instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous flexographic press operating experience is required.
• Mark Andy P5 experience preferred; other presses will be considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good color perception and attention to print quality.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Ability to follow job specifications and use basic measuring tools.
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed.

Spartanburg, SC | $19–$25/hr | Monday–Thursday

Quad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$19–$25 / hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.

What You’ll Do
