Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. Set up and operate flexographic presses, monitor color, registration, and press performance to ensure quality.

Schedule Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m.; pay $19–$25 per hour depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous flexographic press operating experience required.
• Mark Andy P5 experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Quad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19–$25 / hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.-4 p.m.
Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Previous flexographic printing press operating experience is required.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous flexographic press operating experience is required
• Mark Andy P5 experience preferred; experience with other flexographic presses will be considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Good color perception and attention to print quality
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation
• Ability to follow job specifications and use basic measuring tools
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift
• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed

Actual pay will vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may also include overtime and shift differentials.
