Job summary

Continental Plastic Corporation is seeking a Finishing Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm, Mon-Fri) in Delavan, Wisconsin. The role involves assembling, counting, packaging finished goods, and supporting shipping while maintaining quality and customer service aligned with CPC’s KPI targets.

Under the Production Supervisor, candidates must read documentation, follow schedules, and prepare products for inventory.

Qualifications

• Education, training and experience equivalent to a high school diploma / GED.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM.
• Familiarity with safety and OSHA requirements; RF equipment knowledge.
• Ability to load/unload/move products with hand trucks and pallet jacks; operate related fixtures.
• Lean mindset with teamwork, time management and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Package products in finished goods packaging and seal packaging for warehouse picking.
• Read and interpret schedules, work instructions and inventory records to perform tasks.
• Adhere to production and shipping schedules and label products for inventory.
• Deliver products from production to finishing machines; inspect accuracy and quality.
• Pull and stock kits and line supplies; operate related equipment; report defects.
