Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance: lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on mechanical systems.
• Repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and water heaters; resolve leaks and drainage issues.
• Electrical: minor repairs and coordination with licensed electricians for major work.
• HVAC: inspect and maintain HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Safety/compliance: follow safety regulations; maintain SDS and proper storage of hazardous materials.
• Documentation: maintain records of maintenance work, parts used, and issues resolved.
• Emergency response: respond promptly to outages, leaks, or HVAC failures.
• Event support: assist departments with setup/breakdown and coordinate with vendors.
• Inventory: manage inventory, order parts per procurement processes.
• Training: participate in programs to enhance technical skills.
