Job summary

Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Middleton facility on a 1st shift schedule. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, assist with HVAC, and support cross-location operations to keep equipment and facilities safe and reliable.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and clear communication as you collaborate with multiple departments and teams.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work across Middleton and Mazomanie locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and equipment on a 1st shift schedule.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and lighting, plumbing, and general systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Enter equipment and task data into SAP and document repairs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with setting up workstations and inspects sprinkler systems quarterly/annually.
