Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in metal stamping, operating stamping presses.
• Ability to set up, operate and maintain dies, machines and tooling.
• Commitment to safety and meeting daily quality and efficiency targets.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, and secure dies in the press; adjust ram height, stroke speed, and pressure.
• Start machines, monitor production, load coils, inspect parts and complete paperwork.
• Perform quality inspection with calipers and gauges.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and follow safety rules.
