Your Opportunity: Navitor Midwest, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a new Equipment Operator. In this role, you will operate cutting equipment used in the finishing steps of production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate guillotine cutting equipment according to job specifications and quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Visually inspect forms during production for quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize and reorganize jobs as needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety knowledge related to the job and equipment.

Your Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High mechanical ability.
• Good reading skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with very close tolerances.
• Effective communication skills with team members.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good color discernment.

The hourly pay range is $16.00 - $21.00, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location. This range is part of Taylor's total compensation package.
