Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support our client’s manufacturing team in West Boylston, MA. This contract-to-hire position involves testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical products in a clean, precision environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of testing experience, hands-on use of oscilloscopes and signal generators, read schematics, and strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience testing electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience using oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, technical documentation, and diagnostic data.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and arms frequently, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to successfully complete any required background check and/or drug screening, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using standard testing procedures.
• Operate electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other input/output testing devices.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, specifications, and written or verbal work instructions.
• Diagnose technical issues and communicate findings with supervisors or engineering personnel as needed.
• Accurately document and maintain test results and production records.
• Follow quality standards and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
