Novo Health Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a 1st Shift Distribution Lead to oversee distribution department operations, train staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs and QA.

The role supports Production Manager and facility leadership in staffing, scheduling, and process improvements in a busy industrial laundry facility. Candidates with a High School Diploma and plant experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish abilities, are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist Production Manager and Plant Leadership in directing the distribution department processes and staff.
• Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures for soil sort and QA functions.
• Train new distribution employees and support supervision of staff.
• Assist with hiring, evaluations, and scheduling testing/validation.
• Keep accurate records and maintain department cleanliness.
• Support facility management in distribution methods and SOP updates.

To do that, we provide a positive work environment and opportunities for advancementESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:· Responsible for assisting Production Manager and Plant Leadership in managing/directing the distribution department processes and employee activities according to Standard Operating Procedures. Provide back-up support in the Distribution department as needed.· Know all soil sort operations, including Standard Operating Procedures and Q.A. functions, and ensure adherence by distribution personnel to established standards.· Train all new distribution employees..
