NOVO Health Services is seeking a dependable Linen Distribution Technician to join our healthcare operations team. This role delivers clean linen to hospital departments, collects soiled linen, maintains inventories, and supports staff with exceptional service, safety, and quality in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting safety and infection prevention standards. Full-time position with weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, laundry, manufacturing, hospitality, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital departments and service areas.
• Collect soiled linen from assigned locations and transport it safely to processing areas.
• Maintain accurate linen inventories and monitor par levels throughout the facility.
• Verify quantities of linen delivered and collected.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Communicate linen shortages, quality concerns, and operational issues to supervisors.
• Build positive working relationships with hospital staff and customers through exceptional service.
• Maintain quality standards and meet established service expectations.
• Ensure work areas, storage rooms, and linen carts remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection prevention requirements.
• Operate equipment and perform departmental support tasks as needed.
• Complete basic documentation, recordkeeping, and data entry tasks.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and Joint Commission standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Linen Distribution Technician

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour Weekly Pay 1st Shift 7 am - 330 PM

Position Summary

This role is responsible for delivering clean linen throughout the facility, collecting soiled linen, maintaining linen inventories, and providing exceptional customer service to hospital staff and departments. • Ability to push and pull linen carts weighing up to 250 pounds.
• Ability to sort, stack, and organize linen throughout the workday.
• Ability to meet all physical demands of the position consistently and safely.
