Reviva Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Mechanical Technician for our Fridley, MN location. You will participate in engine remanufacturing by disassembling core diesel components and using precision tools to ensure top-quality start-up preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and repetitively lift up to 70lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a quality mindset.
• Preferred: Prior experience with diesel engine teardown or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and prepare core components per SOPs.
• Operate overhead hoists, lifts, and carts to move heavy engine parts safely.
• Perform meticulous inspections during disassembly to verify component integrity.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize production flow and meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and safety rules.
