Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking DC Order Selectors to pick items from inventory flow racks and fulfill customer orders. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will maintain 100% order accuracy, keep a neat workspace, and coordinate with stockers to ensure timely restocking. The role requires basic math, reading skills, and a focus on customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Select items from inventory flow racks to fill customer orders.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintain flexibility in daily line station assignments.
• Maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
• Communicate with inventory stocker item bins that are near empty for re-stocking.
• Check items selected and inform management of damaged or missing products.
• Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner obtaining proper signatures.
• Always demonstrate professional customer service skills.
