Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking a DC Order Selector to accurately pick items from flow racks and fill customer orders. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and reliable performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select items from inventory flow racks to fill customer orders.
• Maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
• Communicate with inventory stocker item bins that are near empty for re-stocking.
• Check items selected and inform management of damaged or missing products.
• Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner obtaining proper signatures.
• Always demonstrate professional customer service skills.
