Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Corporate Security Guard at the Store Support Center to serve as the visible safety presence on our corporate campuses. You will monitor SSC facilities, assist associates, and support safety concerns through professional security services and customer service.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6A–2P, with responsibilities including patrols, incident reporting, and coordinating with security technology and HR systems to maintain a secure environment for all staff.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Good written and verbal communication for reporting.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with associates and visitors.
• Ability to inspect property and ensure safety.
• High school diploma or GED typically required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: assist with entry/exit, screen events, escort associates/visitors.
• Patrol SSC campuses, investigate incidents, prepare incident reports, interview victims/witnesses.
• Conduct security inspections, monitor access points, and document issues.
