Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a senior leader to oversee Corporate Security operations for assigned locations, ensuring protection of associates, visitors, assets, and facilities. This role provides strategic program leadership across investigations, emergency management, access control, and workplace violence prevention.

As the primary security advisor to site and business leaders, you will build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support safe operations and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in corporate security and investigations.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Travel required more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Corporate Security operations for assigned locations.
• Provide leadership for security incident response, investigations, emergency management, access control, and workplace violence prevention.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support a safe operating environment.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Security policies and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise identified THD Security Managers and Security staff.
• Oversee executive protection and international security programs.
