Job summary

Lineage in Lordstown, OH is seeking a 1st shift team member to select frozen foods and assemble kits for customer orders. The role requires moving and stocking items, ensuring accuracy and quality, and complying with safety procedures in a facility with industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, around industrial machinery.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times loud.

Responsibilities

• Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedule and daily work orders.
• Assemble food kits and send to shipping department for distribution.
• Store product and materials in predesignated areas and follow established sequence.
• Clean work area throughout shift.
• May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders.
• May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed; operate machinery and material handling equipment.
