Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for various machines using G-code and other programming languages
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the best manufacturing methods
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex parts with high precision
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of finished products
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC set-up tech or machinist
• Proficient in programming languages such as G-code and experience with CNC machines such as Mori and Fanuc
• Experience with lathes, horizontal and vertical mills
• Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with Renishaw probing systems and tooling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments
