Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support CNC and industrial manufacturing equipment in our Wisconsin facility. This role focuses on keeping machines running safely, reliably, and efficiently in a production environment.

You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read schematics, document activities, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC machines and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable using test equipment and hand tools.
• Basic PLC knowledge preferred.
• Good communication skills and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Use schematics and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
• Work with production teams to reduce downtime.
